Terms of Service

Acceptable use

warmpath is a tool for outreach to your own professional network. You agree to use it within LinkedIn's Terms of Service: no spam, no scraping at scale beyond what the platform tolerates, no impersonation. Daily limits enforced by the engine (20 invites, 100 messages) are the floor, not a target.

Account responsibility

You are responsible for the LinkedIn account you connect to warmpath, the messages our AI sends on your behalf, and the consequences of any restriction LinkedIn applies to that account. We provide tools and conservative defaults; you remain the operator.

Billing

Subscriptions are monthly, charged in advance via Stripe. You can cancel at any time from the Billing settings; access continues until the end of the current period. Credits are consumed per invite, message, and email enrichment as detailed in the Billing documentation. Unused credits do not roll over.

Service availability

We aim for 99% monthly uptime but make no guarantees during the MVP phase. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance via email when reasonably possible.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate LinkedIn's Terms, abuse the service, or fail payment after reasonable notice. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account.

Liability

warmpath is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
